Painting Day Notes:  We started planning our summer schedule this week.  A few summers ago we travelled through Yellowstone - it was spectacular.  I envision this painting in someone’s contemporary or mid century office with a pale wood frame.  I really am enjoying how the oil pastels feel and the ability to blend and add texture.  I am used to a chalky pastel and I am still learning all that these can do.
